Delivery and Returns

FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders

I offer worldwide delivery from London, United Kingdom. All orders over £20 to UK destinations are sent using Royal Mail’s 1st class recorded delivery service; orders under £20 are sent 1st class simple service. Please note that his is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, which is available to UK Mainland customers for £9.95. Orders are posted within 48 hours during normal working days (Monday- Friday excluding Bank Holidays). If you are in a rush please add a message to your order and I will do my best to send it sooner. I will email you as soon as your parcel is on its way. All delivery methods require a signature on receipt.

Returns:

If you would like to return goods for any reason, you can do so providing the item is still in all of its original packaging and all labels are present. The return/exchange needs to be sent back within 28 days of receipt.  Please note that for reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. You will receive a refund for the value of the item (we will only refund postage if the item is damaged, faulty or does not match your order). We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. We will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach me and you will remain billed for lost items.

Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. If the exchange is for something of a higher value you will receive an invoice for the difference. Alternative products can be exchanged according to stock availability. If we do not have the desired replacement you will receive a full refund and an email confirming this.

Problems

If your order contains a damaged item when it arrives, please let us know by email within 24 hours of receiving it. We can then check if there is a replacement item in stock for you.  If available, this will be sent once we have received your returned parcel.

International Orders
All parcels going outside of the European Union will have declared customs form attached. Please ensure that you provide me with a full English version of your delivery address (no abbreviations) at the checkout.
